The staff are very welcoming, giving their best to make the stay a perfect 10/10 experience. Make sure to get standard room with king size bed, a shower, as for instance.

The room we stayed in was newly remodelled and air conditioned with king size bed, towels in the shape of a cake plus a cake.

Variety of marvellous and excellant breakfast options. Fantastic and bright room with double bed. Unbeatable and stunning location right next to the Christmas Markets, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Ghent centre.

The room was bright and quiet, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. This hotel had a very central position right next to the Christmas Markets.

That was great hotel set in great area, really close to Gent historic centre, a night club and the historic center. I had the double room which was perfect and bright with a view.

Newly remodelled standard king room with AMAZING view, chocolates, as example. Amazing location right by restaurants, bars and main atractions, historic Ghent and areas of interest, close to Ghent City Hall.

The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and fantastic equipped with a shower, a great king-sized bed plus marvellous view. The hotel was in a very central location in the heart of the city. The personnel was nice and understanding.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow, made me a little nervous.

The hotel is absolutely great and quiet little, everything is great. The room is bright and absolutely perfect with the most amazing view, 2 separate beds plus Happy Birthday messages on the mirrors. The staff are kind and nice. There is restaurant Van Artevelde at the premises.

Attentive staff at reception desk, recently renovated standard twin room. An electronic key card, a work desk, coffee and tea making facilities available. Touristic area, amazing location, near the center of the city, touristic area, and central Ghent.

The hotel's location was very central, near to the main tourist attraction. Nice staff at reception desk, everything was great. The breakfast was amazing, there was lots of food to chose from.

Very central location adjacent to areas of interest, shops and restaurants, it was in a tourist area. There was Cochon de Luxe in the vicinity, we ate lunch there.

The location was stunning, quite a walk from Belfry of Ghent. Moreover, it's next to various bars and restaurants, a night club and the centre of old Ghent.

Lots of food at the delicious and marvellous breakfast. Extremely spacious unit with chocolates, the mirrors, as example. Stunning and great location a super close walk to Ghent Christmas Market.

Everything is great.

Fab location near to the train station and good restaurants and cafes, it's very central. The building is neat and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fantastic with a cake, marvellous view plus a kingsize bed.
